The best thing that you can do to ensure that your wedding day will run as smoothly as possible, is to be sure that you assign any last minute tasks and duties to your most trusted family members and friends. This will help eliminate some of the stress that comes with coordinating all of those last minute details by yourself.

Just be sure to give all the people you have chosen to help you, a list of all the details they will be helping you out with. (Such as the times, places, etc....)

Best Man's Duties

* He needs to make the arrangements for the bachelor party

* Accompany the Groom to the wedding

* Bring the Bride's wedding ring to the ceremony

* Bring the marriage license and the officiant's fee to the wedding ceremony

* Sign the marriage license after the ceremony

* Give the fee to the officiant

* Make the first toast at the reception

* Return the Groom's tuxedo to the rental store the day after the wedding

Maid of Honor's Duties

* She needs to plan the bridal shower or bachelorette party

* Help the Bride put on her wedding dress and accessories

* Hold onto the Groom's ring during the wedding ceremony

* Hold onto the Bride's bouquet during the wedding ceremony

* Sign the marriage license after the wedding ceremony

* Offer a toast to the Bride and Groom at some point in time during the reception

Then you can also have other people to help you out with the decorations, deliveries, and any other last minute details that might come up.
