It is very important when planning your wedding or anyone else's to be very organized. In order to help you do this I have made a list below of easy ways for you to get organized without having to buy expensive Wedding Organizer's and Bridal Files.

* First thing you need to do is go out and buy a 3 ring binder and some index tabs. Keep everything in there. All of your contracts, pictures, worksheets, etc.....

Here are some suggestions for your index:

* Wedding Attire (ie..Bridal gown, bridesmaids, tuxedo's, lingerie, shoes, etc...)

* Jewelry

* Ceremony Sites

* Reception Sites

* Caterers

* Rental Equipment

* Florists

* Photographers

* Videographers

* Honeymoon

* Worksheets (ie.. Budget, timeline, etc...)

* Beauty (ie... Hair, make-up, and nails)

* Music

* Transportation

* Invitations

Rule #1- Always get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure that you get a copy of the contract. Make sure your contract always specifies everything that is included and all the prices for everything.

Rule #2- Make sure you keep good notes and it is best to know what questions you want to ask in advance.

Rule #3- Don't panic! Nobody's wedding is ever picture perfect. Just follow the easy steps listed above and everything else should fall into place.
